Input relevant data and vouchers the payment into ADB’s Integrated Disbursement System IDS, liaises with internal and external contacts to follow up submission of missing documents or to clarify payment instruction. Process transactions through preparation of appropriate disbursement or journal vouchers or other relevant disbursement documentation. Contribute to efficient discharge of disbursement function, for example, by assisting with the analysis of disbursement trends on a national, provincial, sectoral and project basis; downloading data on loan disbursements, etc. for analysis of supervisor; assisting in recording project accounts of executing agencies EA with ADB records, etc. Keep track of deposits, liquidations and reconciliation under advance accounts and prepares periodic reports. Eligibility Criteria Applicants must have Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration, or other related discipline. At least 5 year’s relevant professional experience in similar tasks either with the accounting and financial management. Proven ability to work independently on assigned transactions, areas of analysis and research, which have well-defined scope and steps.
